I bought another RCA Record Player / 8 Track Player / Radio for $10 at a thrift store and turned it into a vintage iPod dock. I used a small 12v car amp, a toggle switch, some guitar knobs, an old school panel light, a simple iPhone dock and a piece of lexan. The big knob is volume and the little knobs are treble and bass. It turned out pretty sweet and it sounds great.
So I was Googling around and I came across an advertising agency the UK called Evo Design evodesign.ltd.uk. Things look a little familiar? The top logo is from Evo Design evographicdesign.com, my freelance business that I established in 2004 and the bottom logo is Evo Design UK’s established in 2008. Very interesting……..

Me and my friend Derrick were drinking a six pack of Harpoon IPA and when we got to the 3rd beer I noticed it was less than half full. I took the six pack back to Harris Teeter who replaced it on the spot. I also emailed Harpoon Brewery about it and I am waiting for a response from them, I am hoping for a free t-shirt or something! I love Harpoon’s beer but I was a little disappointed in the lack of quality control.
