Wire and Spring
I have been working on a full series of up-cycled pieces designed for home and office use. The purpose of the work is to make beautiful, functional objects out of unwanted materials. Each object is made from parts and pieces that have out lived their first purpose and my goal is to create a new function for them. My latest additions to the series are these business card holders, designed for a desk or table top display of business cards. More detailed pictures below.
I have a wall mounted lamp and table lamp combination in the works now. This series, called Up-Cycled, includes the coffee table, ipod dock and vase, I hope to have a gallery show Winston sometime in November.
