Chocolate Porter
I brewed a porter about 6 weeks ago and it is turning into a delicious brew, it is just now coming into maturity. I designed a sweet label for this brew because I have been giving it away to a couple folks. This beer is smooth and rather chocolaty in taste, I am still figuring out how to carbonate kegged beer properly so I think it might be a little over carbed. There is a faint smell of smoke on the nose and the belgium lace is thin. Over all it is really delicious and I would love to share one with you!
